Carol Moxley is the primary owner of Housing with Moxy and brings more than 30 years of experience in business management, finance, construction, and real estate operations. She has managed remodeling and real estate businesses, operated a successful mortgage note investment company, and overseen financial and administrative operations across multiple industries. Passionate about improving housing quality, Carol is committed to maintaining safe, comfortable homes and continually looks for ways to enhance the living experience for residents. Her hands-on approach and dedication to responsive service help guide Housing with Moxy’s mission of providing quality housing that people are proud to call home.

Victor Moxley

Victor Moxley has spent much of his life working in and around housing. Growing up, he worked for his grandfather's kitchen and bath remodeling business, learning firsthand the value of quality craftsmanship, responsive service, and maintaining homes that people are proud to live in.

Professionally, Victor brings a unique blend of legal, public health, and housing expertise. His graduate research focused on improving access to housing, and throughout his career he has worked on projects involving housing, community services, and regulatory compliance.
